Class Descriptions

Open Yoga - Class is open to everyone.  No experience is necessary and the class will be led in a manner that is approriate to everybody.  Expect some strong standing postures with longer holds.  In Open Yoga we will enjoy a wide variety of asanas from many lineages.

Mixed Levels - Expect some flowing poses as we link them together with sun salutations.  Expect some inversions, a stronger class over all.

Hatha Power Yoga -  Learn basic sun salutations with linking postures.  Expect good use of props to make this class accessible to everybody.  You determine your level of practice.  So this class can be hard, but only if you want it to be!  It's also the lunch hour, so we won't get you too warm as we know you're returning to the office.

Level I Vinyasa -  Expect a slow warm up followed by 20 to 30 minutes of active flow.  We will conclude with inversions, core strengthening, twisting and more!  Followed with a nice relaxation.

FREE Yoga -  This class is absolutely FREE!  This one hour class will be based on the needs of those that show up that day.  Bring an idea, but leave your wallet at home.  Donations are accepted, but not necessary.
